World class showroom in beautiful country setting looking for the right sales professional to join our team. Is it you?

Round Top Ranch Antiques is an international importer of European antiques and artwork. We have grown rapidly and are looking for a seasoned sales professional to bring their creativity and energy to our curated showroom.

This experienced sales professional will grow our existing business and reach out to potential clients in the huge and untapped markets of Houston, Austin, Dallas and San Antonio via telephone, social media, and other means. Candidate must have minimum 5 years high-end sales experience, ideally in furniture, home furnishings, design showroom, or art gallery.

Job Responsibilities/Expectations:

· Demonstrate experience closing sales and increasing sales volume in prior roles.

· Represent RTR through professional communication, appearance, and follow-through.

· Create new business, not just process orders.

· Communicate articulately with clients via written emails (with attached photos) as well as conduct personal video calls.

· Establish organized sales systems, especially follow up with clients.

· Utilize social media platforms to maximize marketing reach.

As an owner-run business, all team members wear several hats, creating variety in the workplace. When we arrange the showroom floor and photo items for online sales listings, this individual will be required to assist lifting/moving furniture on a regular basis.

The largest antique show in the country happens in Round Top, TX twice a year each March and October and runs for 3 fast-paced weeks. While visitors pour in, you get to establish long-term sales relationships. Our huge inventory is imported directly from Europe, ranging in style from rustic farmhouse to sophisticated elegance appealing to a wide range of taste and style which allows you to work with diverse clientele as well.

This position is full time, located in our showroom in Round Top, TX (No remote candidates).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
